As we approach the end of the semester, Residence Life & Housing wants to remind you that all students are expected to checkout of their current

assignment 24 hours after their last exam, or by 10am on May 1st (whichever comes first). However, we realize there are some student populations that may need to stay past that deadline. If you feel like you fall in that category, please complete the Late Stay Request form linked below.​

Important Dates for 2018-2019

  • August 11 @ 10am - 12pm Early Arrival Athlete Move In Fall sports only

  • August 17 @ 11am - 2​pm Thrive Students Move In

  • August 19 @ 2pm - 3pm Urban Immersion Student Move In

  • August 22 @ 10am - 12noon Ambassadors & ROAR Leaders Move In

  • August 24 @ 8am - 11am New Student Move-In

  • August 25 @ 9am - 2pm & August 26 @ 1-5pm Returning Student Move-In

  • January 5 @ 10am - 12pm​​​

  • New Student Move In for Spring 2019

Checking out of Residence Halls

  • Students must check-out 24 hours after your last final exam OR by May 1 at 10am, whichever comes first. 

  • Graduating Seniors approved for Late Stay must check-out by 5pm on Sunday, May 5. Any Graduating Senior who did not apply for Late Stay will need to be out by 10am on May 1st.

  • Check-out information will be sent via email from Residence Life & Housing in early April.
