Hall closing is considered to be the end of your housing contract for the academic year

Check-Out Information for Students

 

Non-Seniors

Students not walking or participating in commencement​​
  • ​All students​ are required to vacate their assignments 24 Hours after their last final exam
  • The final day to check out is Wednesday May 3rd​​​ at 12:00pm (noon)
  • Students with Late Stay approval will be notified by Residence Life.  
  • All students must follow the Check-Out procedures​Improper check-out fines and fees may apply! 

​​Graduating Seniors


​Graduating Seniors will need to be checked out of their rooms no later than 5:00pm on Saturday, May 6th. 

​Be sure to follow check-out procedures!

​​​​​​Improper Check-Out & Damage Billing

If you do not follow all designated guidelines and procedures for Spring Closing, Improper Check-Out and/or Damage Fees​  
​will be applied​ to your student account.  
Should you incur any fines or fees, they will be placed on your student account no later than May 19*

​You can appeal these fines by submitting the appeal form, found here.  It will be accepted through June 9th at 5:00pm, responses will be sent from the Res Life Professional Staff no later than ​Friday June 30th​
