Need budget for Spring 2019 for your club? Budgets were due by November 18th. All requests are currenlty being reviewed by the Budget Committee. Budget allocations will be sent back to the RSO treasurer and president on Friday, December 7th. ​No additional budget requests will be accepted until January 7th, IF there are any additional SGA funds available. If you have an edit to an already submitted budget request, please e-mail Tyler Henthorn and Patrick Motter your corrections.

Inter-Club Council (ICC):
All active clubs/organizations must participate in our Inter-Club Council meetings each month. It is preferred that an officer from your organization attend, however, there must be some representation from your club/organization at each of these meetings to remain in good standing with the university.

RSO Program Evaluation:
Has your RSO had a campus-wide program or service/philantrhopy event? If so, complete this FORM to submit your information on how your program went!

Want to form a new group?  New clubs and organizations are always encouraged and supported at Queens.  To begin the process of becoming a new club/organization, you must have the following:

  • Constitution
  • At least 10 members
  • An Advisor
  • Executive Officers (Must elect at least a President & Treasurer)

Please review the Forming a New Club/Organization Packet which includes a list of the steps to forming a new club/organization, a sample constitution and club registration guidelines and responsibilities.  Once you have all the proper documention, to form a new group, complete the Club and Organization Request form.
