QU Move: HBO Edition

Get Active, Get Fit, Get PRIZES!

QU Move is a campus wellness initiative in which students living in Hall Brown Overcash Hall record their wellness activity from October 15th to 25th. There are points awarded for each activity and participants will receive prizes for reaching goals.

Points System:

  • WALKING/RUNNING (10 points/week)
    • 2 miles = 1 point
    • 30 minutes = 1 point
  • BIKING (max 8 points/week)
    • 5 miles = 1 point
    • 30 minutes = 1 point
  • SWIMMING (max 6 points/week)
    • 30 minutes = 1 point
  • FITNESS CENTER PHYSICAL TRAINING (max 10 points/week)
    • 30 minute work out = 1 point
    • Cardio should be translated into one of the above areas.
  • LIVE FITNESS CLASSES
    • 3 points per class attended
    • Must be signed in with the instructor at start of class
  • FITNESS VIDEO CLASS
    • 2 points per class
    • Must be checked out and used in the Fitness Center of the Levine Center for Wellness and Recreation
  • PICK-UP Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, etc
    • 1 hours = 3 points
  • INTRAMURALS PARTICIPATION
    • 1 point for signing up
    • 2 points for every game participated in
    • 5 points if your team wins the championship
