Register your vehicle.
To obtain a parking decal, create an account,
register your vehicle
and print your confirm
ation page
prior to your first day. You'll visit Campus Police on your first day to turn in your confirmation page, select your parking space and set up payment. Failure to register your vehicle and display a valid parking decal will result in ticketing and a fine.

If your contract specifies you as benefits-eligible, the effective date for medical insurance is your first day of work; all other coverage is effective the first of the month following your hire date. You have 30 days from your hire date to complete the benefits enrollment process. Please review the
Benefit Guide
for information regarding coverage and non-health benefits. Details and instructions for enrollin will be reviewed during your new employee meeting.
Anti-Harassment Awareness

All employees are required to complete an online anti-harassment awareness module within 15 days of beginning employment at Queens. The online moducle takes approximately 40 minutes to complete from any computer with internet access. Please follow the instructions which will be emailed to you, from Laura Salmen, and utilize the program offered by Gallagher Bassett.

. This meeting will provide you with valuable information about employment, benefits and campus life. You'll turn in your completed employment forms and be issued a University ID Card. If you have questions before this appointment, please contact Human Resources or your Dean's office. Note: you
must turn in all required paperwork and complete the background check before you can be authorized to work / begin teaching.
