The Enterprise Application Services (EAS) team oversees all campuswide software applications for email, course management, finance, human resources, admissions, student life, fundraising, user account management, and more. These services include Jenzabar EX, email, MyQueens, MyCourses, MyAccount, and MyPassword.
EAS also partners with all administrative and academic areas on campus to help them become more efficient and effective through optimizing business processes, automating repetitive activities, and enabling user self service. This greater efficiency then frees our departments to provide excellent customer service in face-to-face interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
The Network & Systems Services team is responsible for the ongoing design and support of the organization's data center, wired network, and wireless network. The team is charged with designing, configuring, and maintaining the network and data center infrastructure to support the computing needs of the main campus and extension sites.
The User Support Services (USS) team provides support for all technology through the ITS Help Desk, which users can contact at https://helpdesk.queens.edu, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), by phone (704-337-2323), or in the lower level of Walker Science Building. The USS team also supports all PC & Mac computer labs and classroom technology on campus, including classrooms that meet our new smart projector classroom standard in Rogers, McEwen, and Levine.
